YEP . you still drivin for famley dollar? if so were you over this way last week? saw the truck in the lot by my house . neptune . n.j.
Nope, quit family dollar last august, been running all 48 states til last week, now I dont drive no more, sick of it. Working on starting a boat repair business with a couple friends. Bout a month ago I had to play EMT on a deserted country road in PA, it took about a half hour til police showed. The survivor of the wreck was lying on the ground with half of his skull hanging over his face, and the passenger was mangled in a ball under the side of the pickup, with no vital signs. I was calling in the accident, and the guy with the massive brain and head injuries sat up and started talking to me, he only knew who he was, couldnt remember even his wife or children's name, but at least he could remember having them, and while i was trying to keep him from getting up he kept trying to brush what he thought was his hair out of his eyes, and I had to keep him from sticking his fingers into his brain. It was pretty awful. Thinking about it drove me nuts for a while, and i kept thinking if I would have been coming around the corner a few seconds sooner it would have been my rig he crashed into instead of the trees. I just dont want to drive truck anymore. Last wednesday the boss and i got into an argument and I told him to go **** himself. I have ten times as much respect for EMT's and all rescue personel now. I dont know how they do their jobs without going nuts. If any of you are rescue personel, my hat is off to you, and god bless. Ive helped at accidents before and stuff, but I never had to get that up close and personal with someone who was that messed up and still alive and functioning. To all my pinto friends; Please be careful out there.
Also Joe did you still want headliner bows too?
