Hello Group,
I have to give a BIG thank you to Alberto's family, as for the 2nd year they have invited me into their home and made me and all Pinto owners welcome to hang out and feed us at their expence
As I sit here eating some FRESH hand picked Citrus form Albertos fathers orchard.
Might I add that is the BEST oranges and mandrin and blood-fruit+ grape-fruit I have ever eaten!!!!

I want to make mention that the #1 reason that so many Pinto's show up at Knottsberry is that Alberto "Pintopower Here on the group" really does alot to RALLYE the Pinto comunity to come to this show.
Pintopower als brings 4-6 Pintos that he himself builds and maintains to this show. Pintopower also talks to anyone with a Pinto in the southern California area to try to boost the Pinto attendance!!!
So a BIG THANK YOU to Alberto's family for helping to make 2007 a sucess!!

  • Oh, how lovely...
Aww, Thanks Pintony!  I called and read your message to my brother over the phone due to the fact that his internet is crappy and slow.  We appreciate your acknowledgment and thanks greatly, and are glad you are enjoying the fruit.  How much did my dad end up giving you anyway...hahah a  Thank YOU for taking such a long trip out to join us.  Its always our pleasure having you at our home, plus its fun when its not just us working on our pintos...  Thanks again and we await to see you next year!  ~Francesca
Loving my plum 1978 Pinto Hatchback.  He has a rebuilt engine and is running like new. Beautiful. He still needs a new paint job though.

Hello Sir Hugh,
You are welcome!  Your pop gave me a nice wal-mart size bag of the Oranges, blood-fruit, mandrin, and grapefruit.
Cindy made Dip last night with the green fruit that I always forget the name.
Like I said it was the BEST fruit I ever had.
 Thank you again.

Hahaha, Pintony, you are clearly from the midwest.  Those would be avocados which your wife made guacamole with... see here in SoCal, avocados are a big deal and people pay extra to get it added to their sandwiches and burgers. hahah, enjoy!

Ha! Nice Pintony! Thanks a lot man, I had a great time with you and all of the pinto guys at my house. My neighbors the next day thought that they were all of mine! I will be going to Indiana the end of May so I will remember to bring you a Fairlane trunk full of fruit! I also wanted to thank Brad for getting us our own catagory and organizing the breakfast in the morninng before the show! How great is that, next year we can register in the Pinto class!!! Awesome work Brad!!! It was great to meet our fearless leader Scott and all the others that either drove or flew out for the first time. What a great show and what a great community!
