For every one going to Carlisle this year it is time to get ready.PCCA will have a tent set up for us like last year.If you plan on going please preregister your car before May 15th.This lets the people at Carlisle know on how many of us will be there. When you register please put down on the application that you are with PCCA car club. This will help them also.I hope we have a big crowd and I hope every one has a blast at Carlisle.

Sadly enough, I will not be going this year. With my lack of funds I can't justify to make the trip, even just to be a spectator. With gas & hotel costs I can't afford it. I haven't even worked on the car because I'm not happy about it. Oh well, there is always 2010.

Come hell or high water I will be going. Even if its my last dime. I loved it even though it felt like 110 degrees. My wife and I had a blast. See you there.

At this point my dad & I will be going Saturday and Sunday, without my car. I have made a list of everything I need to do to make her safe to drive to Carlisle, and while I have the time to get it all done I don't have the money. With me being only part time on my job I have just enough and a little extra to keep my head above water. Not enough to get my car done in a safe manner. There is always 2010.. I just want to be safe and not take any chances, especially since it has been nearly two years since I last driven her more than a couple blocks. If this tells you anything her registration expired in 12/06 and I have not even had insurance on her since then. Either way Dad & I should be there to hang out, take pics & buy parts for my car.

I'm kicking around the idea of bringing out the Cruising Wagon. I don't know though, it's a bit of a haul from Dayton, Ohio.

I know this is cutting it close, but I'd like to do this.  How do I register?  Also, how far is Carlisle from Philly?  I don't know if I'd want to put too many miles on my woodie (69,000 orig.).

Nice to see you back on here.

It looks to be about 2 hours or so from Carlisle to Philly. I know the actual distance will vary but that atleast gives you an idea.
