Original 74, Trailer Queens ARE welcome. Hey as sharp & original as your '74 is it NEEDS preservation. Us crazies that are actually DRIVING our antiques will run out of parts to repair them, that's when we'll need clean, lo mi Pintos like yours to get our fix LOL

I'm kidding of course, bring it on it's a shoo-in for most original.

I'll take the lack of response to my itinerary to mean that it's ok for everyone. I'll get locked in for group rates at the Speedpark & NASCAR Cafe ASAP. I'll also get rates for Ripley's Aquarium. Though the aquarium requires 20 people for group rates. Regular rates at $17.95 adult/ $9.95 child aren't too pricey.

I'm good with the schedule,

WEBmaster award is completely UN-necessary,.. Your kudos need to go in the Admins direction, they work hard behind the scenes day & night to keep this place going. Your WEBmaster, I'm afraid, is just the fix-it guy & because of life commitments, I'm WAAY behind on SEVERAL projects with this site.

I think I have convinced my Wife to join us, which means I might be able to bring 2 Pintos to the meet. My Wife gets to drive the pristine wagon while I will drive the 'ok' green runabout..

Well, that what's in the cards now....  We'll see closer.

Had to remove my name, as My Pinto's death costed me $400 on another Pinto.. It's a shame, as I really wanted to go, but now can't afford to, as I'm getting my 77 sedan next week & wwont get paid again until a week after the meet... Oh well... there's always next year. :-[

OK, all the details are set in mud. That means changes are possible. but not as easy. All the rates are as mentioned before.  Going to the Speedpark/Cafe on Sat. & Ripley's Aquarium/A&W Drive In on Sun. So, if you attend ALL the events with a family of 4 (like me) you will spend $106.90 on admission tickets. For 2 adults expect to spend $77.80. This DOESN"T include food.

Friday... who wants me to set up a time/place to meet Friday evening? I can't be there then, as I have to work. I WILL however make arrangements if there's a call for them.

Will Shoney's work for the Brunch meetings? I'm choosing places that won't put a financial burden on ... ME! Even being a local I'm a Super Low Budget attendee!!

I'm looking forward to meeting you guys.

Welcome to the 1st annual Pinto Roundup!

Ok, a meeting on Friday it is. How about a dinner meet? Say 6ish at Western Sizzlin' Steakhouse. If you early arrivers would like to talk it out amongst yourselves, please feel free. I can make suggestions, but I can't really make arrangements. The NASCAR Cafe is going to be an interesting situation... they don't do "group reservations" We show up & wait 'till they put enough tables together! However the Speedpark has us scheduled & I have a good suprise when we arrive!
