No promises, but I might actually get back there in 2014.  A lot of obstacles in my life have been removed over the past couple years.

I have way too much going on this years to pull it off. I'm putting up an 18 x 40 garage in a couple months so I can have space to work on the 80 not to mention working my tail off to scrape about 15K together to get my 07 Stang back on the road.

I plan to get there next year with the 80 for all 3 days if all goes as planned this year.

well i registered for carlisle they told me that there will be NO truck/trailer parking on the fairgrounds this year it will be off site about 1/2 mile .
from the grounds
THIS SUCKS they said ford wanted more room for displays ect so every 1 who
tows to the ford show has to park and walk
i cant believe that is the way they treat peaple who have supported them for years

I'm gonna be there... Not participating but going as a spectator. Too much going on to get the 80 running on time and Dad & I are going Friday night and should arrive Saturday. I need to get away for a couple days & Dad wants to go so I figure why not. Hotel is booked, will put out food & water for the cat and birds and load of the Grand Prix for a road trip.

Heading out Wednesday will be there. Hoping someone brings out a 79 or 80 looking  to replace mine. Would prefer a trunk model
we have a new addition to the pinto family

I was VERY disappointed on the turnout at Carlisle this year. Hopefully there will be more next year, as 1 stock Mercury Bobcat & 4 modified Pintos is not a very good turnout. After seeing the poor turnout I'm for the first time on the fence about going back for a reason other than constant mechanical problems. I didn't even go back on Sunday. Having the option to go to Pocono for the NASCAR race or going back Sunday for vendors that have left & most the cars being gone I chose Pocono. Perhaps this is a sign that Carlisle has run its course for the Pinto meet...

I have to agree with Matt on this one. I was also very disappointed in what I seen.  I also hope that it is not the end for Carlisle!
