Yeah it does. Looking closely at it, it almost looks like its molded from the original bumper, with the tag mount and exhaust cutouts added to it.

I'd love to have this wagon. This is one off the coolest modded ones I've seen... besides the fact that the person selling it appears to think there's really a such thing as a Pinto Cobra
