You're welcome. Unfortunate that my coworker was so close to him that I knew so quick of what happened

This is sad news to hear....

It was a true pleasure to meet Dick "the Postal Pony" in person and get to travel the open highways with him.

I'll never forget the story about him getting pulled over for speeding in West Virginia while driving with the Stampede!  RIP postalpony!
Dwayne

You'll see video of him getting pulled over 1 minute into the video, I was there and lucky enough to capture the video.

I remember him telling me the officer said he was clocked @ (I forget but recall 80mph+???) and Dick's reply was "I had one more gear to go!" and they both laughed and the officer let him off with a warning. :)
It's all about the Pintos! Baby!

Very sorry to hear about Dick Mathias.  I had the honor of meeting him in 2011 during the first annual Pinto Stampede.  He was a really nice fellow.  I'll never forget the story about him getting pulled over for speeding in West Virginia while driving with the Stampede!  RIP postalpony!

Yes it was very sudden. I have a coworker who was close to him that told me they found him in the snow but unsure of how long he was out there like that. He had heart problems but this year was excited about getting "Big Bird" streetable. Still a shock it happened.

I just got word that PostalPony, aka Dick has passed away suddenly of a heart attack today.

Wanted to pass that along.

Thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
