Fabulous Fords Forever - Apirl 27th - Knotts Berry Farm
« on: February 11, 2014, 02:08:38 PM »
Hello all, Online registration for Fabulous Fords Forever is now open!

http://www.fabulousfordsforever.com/index.php/updates/599-registration-now-open-for-april-27th-2014-fabulous-fords-forever-car-show

Click on the Registration Hyperlink to register online.

Don't delay.
More Pintos at the show means fewer Mustangs.

You do not have to have a PayPal account to use PayPal.

Please register as soon as you can. It looks like they will not only fill up this year, but they will do it in record time. Just so you know, the old way of mailing in a registration is still fine but thanks to the online method, people are doing it faster than before.

I will let everyone know about Sundays activities as soon as I get a finalization from the Breakfast location. Carrows is now closed so we will not be meeting there.

Thanks,
Pintopower

That's too bad...they had some pretty good food in there. They didn't seem all that busy when we were there last year. We stayed at the Knights Inn across the street.

Hey Folks,
its been quiet this year so far. Who is going? I'm flying down to go so I would love to see all the old faces and the new faces. Scott is sending us swag so be sure to come for some good people, pretty cars and goodies! The registration has been pushed back also so you have more time to register.

Well there are a couple ways. Personally, I recommend uploading to a photo hosting site and simply pasting the link to the album here. Thats what I do. I use Flickr (free for 200 photos but 24.99 a year for unlimited uploads, I love that site). Alternatively, you can simply upload the image on to fordpinto.com but I think there is a 100kb limit to the size so that really limits the quality of the picture.

Here are the few pictures I took! It was a great show and I would like to thank Scott for all the goodies that he sent us. It was wonderful seeing you all again this year and although our community has lost some good people this year, the opportunity to have known them and spent time with them is the reason we go to these shows. Seeing the cars is not my primary reason to go to these shows any longer. I go to these shows to see the people. As usual, talking to all of you was great and I am glad we get to do this every year. We met a bunch of wonderful new folks and got and caught up with the regulars.  We will do a Christmas party again this year and I know PintoBarn wants to do a summer cruise so lets all make this happen. Should anyone want to plan a SoCal event and want peoples emails to take charge, let me know and I will get you my mailing list!

Wait... was that RC car the camera!? lol

Scott, thank you for the goodies. I got a nifty t-shirt with a cute lil' kid who looks like a cross between the kid from Cracked magazine and Calvin from Calvin And Hobbes. lol I also got an awesome Ford license plate and stickers. The newbies got cups, a clock, shirts, and the stickers and magnets. It's like Xmas in April! Like Alberto said, it's more about the people... but I did love to see the Pintos too! I just hope I didn't make anyone sick. Of all the weekends to catch a nasty bug!!! :-\
One can never have too many Pintos!

Wow....thank you!  I do have fun with it...and mean that in the most non-self-incriminating way I can in a nitroused small block Pinto on street slicks...   ;-)
